Job summary

Scoot in Singapore is seeking an aviation operations professional to maintain a safe, punctual, and reliable schedule across the A320, B787, and E190 fleet. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure flight dispatch, crew and aircraft utilization, and disruption handling in line with CAAS regulations.

Responsibilities include managing flight watch duties, adjusting rosters, coordinating changes, updating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with ANR rules and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience with aviation scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, punctual, and reliable flight schedules across the Scoot fleet.
• Dispatch flights in accordance with policies and CAAS regulations.
• Optimize crew and aircraft utilization and coordinate changes to flight programs.
• Handle disruptions, monitor crew readiness, and ensure rosters are compliant.
