Job summary

Scoot is seeking a Senior Specialist, Cabin Services (Crew Services & Communications) to bridge management and cabin crew through effective internal communications and comprehensive crew support services. You will ensure the cabin crew are informed, engaged, and well-supported in daily operations, contributing to Scoot’s distinctive service culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, cabin crew management, or airline customer services
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to translate complex information into clear content
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse cabin crew
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute projects and events under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Plan, draft and disseminate timely communications to cabin crew across digital platforms and newsletters
• Manage feedback channels and drive initiatives to boost crew morale and engagement
• Oversee crew services administration including recruitment, standards, uniforms, and resource distribution
• Coordinate crew town halls and engagement events to reinforce Scoot’s values
• Collaborate with Rostering, Training, and HR to streamline crew support processes
