GOERTEK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Business Manager to drive business planning, budgeting and performance monitoring across functions. You will develop plans, track results and coordinate initiatives to support growth.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and analytic skills as you work with sales, finance, operations and HR to deliver projects, optimize processes and build stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in business planning, budgeting, performance analysis and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with teams across different functions.
