• Manage and supervise departmental staff by allocating responsibilities and monitoring performance outcomes
• Prepare operational reports, financial budgets, and business performance analyses to inform decision-making
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and business partners to maintain and strengthen professional relationships
• Monitor operational costs, manage resources, and ensure effective budget utilisation to optimize expenses
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations, workplace safety standards, and company policies
• Lead management meetings to evaluate operational performance and recommend process improvements
• Report directly to senior management and support long-term business expansion plans through strategic input
