Job summary

Income is seeking a seasoned Strategic Planning & Performance leader in Singapore to drive the financial planning, analysis and reporting for Consumer GI. You will translate data into actionable insights for senior management.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop business plans, build robust financial models and prepare executive-ready materials for Excom and Board discussions. The role emphasizes governance, process improvement and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, business performance management, strategy, consulting or business analytics.
Experience in insurance or financial services would be advantageous.
Proven experience in financial modelling, management reporting, business case development and executive presentation preparation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAP, Essbase or similar tools would be advantageous.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Performance: support development and execution of consumer GI business plans and monitor performance against KPIs.
Financial Planning & Analysis: support budgeting, forecasting and periodic financial reviews; build financial models and scenario analyses.
Management Reporting & Insights: develop management reports, dashboards and scorecards; translate data into clear insights for reviews.
Business Cases & Commercial Evaluation: prepare business cases, financial projections and commercial assessments for new products and initiatives.
Executive Presentations & Strategic Support: prepare executive-ready presentations and management papers for Excom/Board discussions.
Tender & Business Development Support: support pitches and proposals with financial analyses and market insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate inputs with Finance, Actuarial, Product, Underwriting, Operations, Marketing.
Reporting & Process Improvement: improve governance of reporting through automations and analytics.
