Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance or related field.
Experience in business planning, budgeting, performance analysis and stakeholder management.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Develop business plans, targets and budgets aligned with objectives.
Monitor performance and prepare reports, forecasts and recommendations.
Identify growth opportunities, market trends and risks.
Lead strategic and operational projects with milestones and outcomes.
Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, HR and other functions to resolve business issues.
Improve processes, resource planning and efficiency.
Build relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
Lead, coach and develop team members where applicable.
Ensure business activities follow company policies and applicable requirements.
