Job summary

OKX SG is recruiting a Senior Business Strategy Manager to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives in Singapore. You will work with senior leadership to shape priorities, evaluate opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations that influence commercial and operational decisions.

You will also own execution from problem definition to measurable outcomes, collaborating across teams to implement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous business problems and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Proficient at working with data to identify opportunities, quantify impact, evaluate performance, and support strategic decisions.
• Strong strategic thinking, with experience building business plans, evaluating growth opportunities, and influencing decisions through analysis and clear communication.
• Excellent communication and storytelling, capable of distilling complex analyses into compelling presentations and proposals for senior leadership and clients.
• Proven track record of operational execution, delivering measurable business outcomes in fast-paced environments.
• Highly curious, adaptable, and intellectually rigorous, with a bias towards action and continuous improvement.
• Experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, or high-growth tech is highly regarded; fintech/digital assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and diagnose business challenges using data-driven analyses.
• Develop structured analyses to quantify opportunities and create data-driven business cases.
• Partner with leadership to frame problems, define success metrics, and evaluate opportunities.
• Translate analyses into clear presentations and proposals for executive decision-making and partnerships.
• Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from planning through implementation and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional execution, aligning stakeholders and removing blockers.
• Drive process improvements through automation and scalable operating models.
