With 10+ years of experience and a strong track record in stakeholder management, you will influence decisions, manage complex programs, and deliver measurable outcomes in a dynamic, global environment. Hybrid work is supported.

• Proven experience in a global organization with cross-regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning processes within the client group and coordinate with Sales, Product, BM, Operations, and Marketing.
• Partner with Sales on business enablement, budgets, and financial reporting; engage governance groups.
• Drive strategic initiatives, develop new market or functional plans, and deliver cross-functional projects.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide governance, and enable senior leadership with insights.
• Develop and maintain BM standards, collaborating with Europe and Asia teams.
