Job summary

PrimeStaff Management Services is seeking a commercially driven BD professional in Singapore to grow our event workforce solutions. You will win new business, build strategic partnerships, and expand a portfolio of event agency and hotel accounts while turning one-off bookings into recurring revenue.

You will own the complete sales cycle, engage senior stakeholders, and maintain a high-value pipeline with strong commercial discipline.

Qualifications

4–7 years of BD experience in Events, MICE, Hospitality, or Workforce Solutions.
Experience with a large event organizer, hotel, or agency is a strong advantage.
Established network within Singapore's events ecosystem.
Track record of client acquisition and revenue growth.
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Win new business and build strategic client partnerships.
Grow a portfolio of event agency and hotel accounts, turning bookings into repeat business.
Engage senior stakeholders across event agencies, hotel groups, and corporate event teams.
Own the full sales cycle from origination to close.
Build a high-value pipeline with strong commercial discipline.
Coordinate with operations and rostering to ensure delivery.
Track conferences, exhibitions, and hotel event calendars to spot demand early.
