stag's head restaurant pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead and grow our restaurant's events business.

You will report to senior management and drive event revenue, manage profitability, and develop key client relationships to shape the events strategy. You will oversee end-to-end event delivery from planning to post-event review, coordinating with operations, culinary, marketing, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in events sales in hospitality preferred.
• Strong event planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, and client relationships abilities.
• Proven track record to generate leads and grow event business.
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and achieving revenue targets.
• Proficiency in Hubspot and Tripleseat will be advantageous.
• Strong network of corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and business contacts.
• Candidates with an existing portfolio of corporate accounts, event agency relationships, or demonstrated ability to bring business opportunities will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the events function of the company, including overseeing reservations, events enquiries, organizational operations, team liaison, record liaison, record keeping, billing, key customer service of the restaurant and in accordance with the image and positioning of the business.
• Manage the whole process from the planning stage, right through to running the actual day itself and the post-event evaluation.
• Produce detailed proposals for events (for example, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
• Work closely with restaurant operations, culinary, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and event logistics.
• Oversee events on-site, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct post-event reviews and implement improvements where necessary.
• Research opportunities for new clients and events.
• Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Sets up price structure for events and cost breakdown.
• Manage event budgets, pricing, profitability, and P&L performance.
