PrimeStaff Management Services is seeking a commercially driven BD professional in Singapore to grow our event workforce solutions. You will win new business, build strategic partnerships, and expand a portfolio of event agency and hotel accounts while turning one-off bookings into recurring revenue.

You will own the complete sales cycle, engage senior stakeholders, and maintain a high-value pipeline with strong commercial discipline.

Formación

• 4–7 years of BD experience in Events, MICE, Hospitality, or Workforce Solutions.
• Experience with a large event organizer, hotel, or agency is a strong advantage.
• Established network within Singapore's events ecosystem.
• Track record of client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

What you'll do

• Win new business and build strategic client partnerships
• Grow a portfolio of event agency and hotel accounts, turning one-off bookings into repeat business
• Engage senior stakeholders across event agencies, hotel groups, and corporate event teams
• Own the full sales cycle, from origination to close
• Build a high-value pipeline with strong commercial discipline
• Partner with our operations and rostering teams to make sure what you sell is delivered well
• Track upcoming conferences, exhibitions, and hotel event calendars to spot demand early

What you'll bring

• 4–7 years of BD experience in Events, MICE, Hospitality, or Workforce Solutions
• Experience with a large event organizer, hotel, or agency (a strong advantage)
