PDR Group is seeking dynamic individuals to join our Event Sales Team at one of Singapore’s premier hotels. You will drive memorable events and high-value sales, proactively identifying and securing new accounts in the events segment.

You will collaborate with the Director of Business Development, maintain strong client relationships, and conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends. Strong targets orientation and presentation skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new accounts in the events segment.
• Maintain market visibility and client engagement through direct sales activities (face-to-face meetings, calls, emails).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
• Perform additional tasks to support the department and hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to set clear, measurable sales targets aligned with the hotel’s overall business objectives.
• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new accounts in the events segment, in line with the hotel's strategic financial and market mix goals.
• Maintain strong market visibility and client engagement through direct sales activities, including face to face meetings, calls, emails, and written correspondence.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates as required.
• Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by management to support the success of the department and hotel.
