Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore seeks a proactive professional to manage end-to-end entertainment/event accounts, from proposals to post-event reporting. You will explore new business opportunities with artists and promoters, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver contracted events and activations.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, deal structuring, and budget skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Events, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years working experience in event business development, account management, or entertainment/artist partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder management, comfortable liaising with artists, agencies, and internal teams.
• Experience in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and budget management.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple events under tight timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; entertainment/live events or IP licensing background preferred.
• Administrative support including PO and invoicing.
• Production management knowledge for event requirements.
• Driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end account management for key entertainment and IP— from proposal support through event execution and post-event reporting
• Assist in identifying and evaluating new business development opportunities across artist, and music/concert promoters aligned to RWS LIVE's expanded scope
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with marketing, operations, and finance teams to deliver contracted events and activations
• Prepare commercial proposals, event budgets, and post-mortem analyses to support account decision-making
• Maintain strong day-to-day communication with partners/agencies to ensure smooth contract servicing and issue resolution
