Job summary

Business Show Media in Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to grow our events pipeline. You will research prospects, craft outreach, and build conversations that convert into opportunities.

The role involves outreach via LinkedIn, email, and digital channels, with 1–2 years in BD or sales and a flair for copywriting. On-site in Singapore, base salary SGD 3,500/month plus commission.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation or social selling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong copywriting ability for professional audiences.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and digital prospecting.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to meet targets.
• Commercially curious with interest in building relationships.
• Based in Singapore and eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Research high-potential prospects aligned with our ICP.
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email and digital channels.
• Create personalised messages to generate conversations and opportunities.
• Build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline.
• Qualify prospects and identify genuine business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for prospects and pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine targeting and messaging.
• Track outreach metrics and use data to improve results.
• Stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.
