The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Logistics, 5–8 years in the supply chain industry, and proven ability to manage key accounts and negotiate at all management levels. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Logistics preferred.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in the supply chain industry.
• Experience in Key Accounts Management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop relationships and negotiate at all levels of management in a customer organization.

Responsibilities

• Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
• Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities through.
• Achieve business development in accordance with business goals so as to deliver maximum margin.
• Be accountable for new and potential customer/business revenue with high impact to the overall profitability of the Company.
• Make accurate decisions, recommendations and successful establishment of new businesses.
• Proactively identify and develop win-win sales relationships with new and potential customers.
• Provide customers specific advice/information to BD Director to facilitate business performance review, evaluation and budgeting.
• Provide support to devise, fine tune and implement overall sales and marketing strategy and directives.
• Develop assigned vertical market and achieve set goals by DHL
