Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 12–15+ years in business development, strategic sales or commercial leadership.
• 8+ years managing customers and growth across Asia Pacific.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Logistics and/or Service Logistics; DHL Service Logistics is a plus.
• Proven track record in large-scale B2B sales and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional business development by identifying opportunities and leading pursuits.
• Own relationships at global/regional level for key customers and manage bids across the region.
• Lead strategy for focus sectors and related product development.
• Coordinate cross-functional bid teams to deliver high-quality proposals and presentations.
• Strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders and drive profitable growth.
