Job summary

NexusHire Solutions is seeking a Business Development professional based in Singapore to drive growth across Southeast Asia and India. You will identify new opportunities, develop strategic client relationships, and manage deals from engagement to contract award.

You will work with regional and global teams to tailor client solutions, maintain a strong pipeline, and meet annual sales targets while traveling within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development within CRO or life sciences.
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic client relationships.
• Strong track record in converting opportunities into contracts.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Business-level English proficiency and regional market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in Southeast Asia and India.
