BIOSHENG HEALTHCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead regional growth across South East Asia.

You will shape expansion strategies, identify opportunities, and build strategic partnerships with landlords, partners, suppliers, and government agencies. You will work with marketing, operations, and legal teams to enter new markets, scale operations, and drive sustainable revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record in business development, especially in regional leadership roles.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead regional expansion strategies and SEA market entry plans.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across SEA, including site selection and partnerships.
Build relationships with landlords, franchise partners, health product suppliers, and government agencies.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure scalable market entry.
Analyze industry trends to diversify offerings and drive growth.
Manage regional business development teams and oversee performance targets.
