Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking a Business Development Director to lead the company’s first headcount and drive growth in Singapore and beyond. You will lead BD with CSPs, OEMs/ODMs and electronics customers, shaping GTM for a global semiconductor footprint.

You will collaborate with the Beijing HQ on market intelligence, strategy, and performance reporting, while building strong customer relationships and steering strategic negotiations to expand regional presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
• Proven semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong network in the Data Centre Ecosystem (DCE) and industry stakeholders.
• Leadership or team management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD efforts in Singapore and international markets.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships and drive contracts.
• Collaborate with HQ in Beijing on strategy and performance reporting.
