Novotech, a global clinical CRO, seeks an experienced Business Development Director to lead growth across Southeast Asia from Singapore. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and partnering with pharma/biotech firms to support their clinical development needs.

Based in Singapore, you will drive regional growth, manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in CRO/pharma/biotech/clinical research or broader life sciences.
• Proven success in developing new business and managing strategic client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales opportunities and achieve annual sales targets.
• Strong understanding of SEA pharmaceutical/biotech/clinical research landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across Southeast Asia.
• Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences companies.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and contract award.
• Build and maintain a regional pipeline and hit annual sales targets.
