Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the enhancement and delivery of enterprise applications within a large-scale digital transformation environment. You will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to analyze needs, define requirements, and deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise apps or digital transformation projects.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and document functional specs.
• Experience with system integration and workflow solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud apps, authentication and data migration.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyse business processes and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams on solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Support Agile delivery by refining user stories and assisting in sprint planning activities.
• Conduct impact assessments for enhancement requests and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution rollout, and user adoption.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and quality standards.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, operations teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the enhancement and delivery of enterprise applications within a large-scale digital transformation environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to analyse business needs, define requirements, and deliver secure, scalable solutions.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: One North
• Job Type: Contract
• Salary Package: Up to $9,000 (basic) + AWS
