in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into clear specifications, and drive process improvement across digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with product, design, engineering, and project teams; participate in Agile delivery, perform UAT planning, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring solutions meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Product Delivery, or related roles.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio, Lucidchart, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting Agile software delivery using Scrum or similar methodologies.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and business process analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
• Analyse business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop future-state process maps and recommend practical solutions that enhance business operations and user experience.
• Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, testable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business users, product managers, designers, engineers, and project teams to understand business needs and define solution requirements.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting priorities and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
• Present recommendations, findings, and solution options clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution design by collaborating with product, architecture, and engineering teams.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test case preparation, defect management, and solution validation.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet functional requirements, business objectives, and operational needs.
• Support deployment readiness and post-implementation reviews where required.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and release planning.
• Monitor project scope, priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
• Communicate project risks, assumptions, and key decisions to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to support business decisions and recommend process enhancements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that improve delivery efficiency and business outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Business Analysts.
• Share best practices, templates, and lessons learned across the team.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and continuous improvement culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
• Minimum5 yearsof experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Product Delivery, or related roles.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, process modelling, user story development, and documentation.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting Agile software delivery using Scrum or similar methodologies.
• Familiarity with UAT planning, solution validation, and defect management.
• Proficiency with business analysis and collaboration tools such asJira, Confluence, Miro, Visio, Lucidchart, Microsoft Excel, andSQL.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in digital transformation, enterprise applications, or large-scale technology projects will be advantageous.
