Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Analyst to support the discovery, design and delivery of user-centered digital solutions across the full delivery lifecycle.

You will partner with stakeholders, conduct interviews and workshops to understand needs and outcomes, and translate them into stories, rules and acceptance criteria. Develop user journeys and prototypes to test ideas in a collaborative, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BA/PO/SM or similar Agile/delivery role.
• Degree in IT/CS/Business Analytics or related field.
• Experience in user research, problem discovery, requirements management and prototyping.
• Familiarity with design thinking or service design methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the discovery, design and delivery of user-centred digital solutions. You will work across the full delivery lifecycle, from understanding business and user problems to shaping solutions, defining requirements, supporting implementation and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to uncover business needs using human-centred, visual approaches (e.g., service journeys), and translate insights into strong business cases.
• Engage users and stakeholders through interviews, workshops and co‑creation sessions to understand needs, pain points and desired outcomes.
• Frame and validate problems before evaluating potential process, service or technology solutions.
• Translate validated needs into user stories, business rules, process flows, technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, mock‑ups or lightweight prototypes to test assumptions and communicate proposed solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master or in a comparable Agile or digital‑delivery role
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in user research, problem discovery, business analysis, requirements management, solution shaping, prototyping and testing.
• Experience in operational IT environments, risk assessments, application enhancements or incident resolution would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of design thinking, service design or change management would be beneficial.
