Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Business Analyst to support day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of digital products and systems. You will collab with business users, product teams and technical teams to manage requirements and enhancements.

The role involves gathering requirements, incident triage, UAT support and maintaining process documentation. Contract position with central Singapore location and work hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in BA, Product Ops or similar roles.
• Experience with digital products, applications or IT systems.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis and incident management.
• Experience with Agile environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
• Experience with UAT, system enhancements and production support.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvement of digital products and systems. You will work closely with business users, product teams and technical teams to manage requirements, operational issues and product enhancements.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Salary Package: Up to $8800 (basic) + AWS
• Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and operational requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support incident and service request triage, including coordination with technical teams for resolution.
• Analyse application issues, user feedback and operational data to identify recurring problems and improvement opportunities.
• Manage and prioritise product enhancement requests and operational backlog.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT, release activities and post-deployment validation.
• Maintain SOPs, process documentation, user guides and operational reports.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
