Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for government projects. You will conduct market and solution analyses, interview users, define problems, and deliver actionable insights to guide product success.

You will establish success metrics, build dashboards, track performance, and evaluate the impact of change requests. The role requires end-to-end collaboration with product teams and tight deadline management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT/related fields.
• Experience across full software/product life cycles using Agile.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights with product teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder alignment.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with keen interest in delivery of Government Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market and solution analyses, along with user interviews, to define the problem space, uncover opportunities or synergies, and deliver actionable insights that guide product success.
• Establish key success factors, develop metrics, and build dashboards to track performance - enabling clear measurement of outcomes and alignment with goals.
• Analyze product performance after launch, identify areas for enhancement, and facilitate iterative improvements to drive ongoing value.
• Evaluate the impact of change requests, estimate resource needs, and ensure requests are actionable and resource-appropriate.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years' experience required, Computer Science or IT related tertiary education.
• Experience in full software / product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to collect and synthesize data into actionable insights, with proven experience working end-to-end alongside product teams to influence outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empowering clear idea pitching and effective stakeholder alignment.
• Thrives under tight deadlines, with strong prioritization and independent working capabilities.
