Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Building Manager to oversee daily operations and management of our cluster commercial/industrial properties in the Sembawang area. You will supervise building operations, tenant management, lease administration, and financial reporting to support MCST matters.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of building management experience, hands-on MCST knowledge, and strong numerical ability. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Role is on-site with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferred with ≥5 years in building management.
• Experience in commercial/industrial buildings.
• Hands-on MCST experience.
• Strong numerical ability with understanding of property finances.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Organised and analytical; able to resolve issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Building Operations: ensure property services comply with policies, regulations and standards; conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance; ensure safety and upkeep.
• Tenant Management: handle escalated tenant enquiries; coordinate move-ins/outs; oversee tenant spaces and improvements.
• Lease & Financial Admin: monitor rents, process expenses, issue notices, reconcile accounts; prepare monthly performance reports; assist budgeting and forecasting; perform financial calculations.
• Team & Stakeholder Coordination: work with Centre Manager, tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations; meet deadlines and communicate financial information clearly.
