ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller to develop detailed M&E drawings and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of M&E BIM modelling/design experience, preferably on design & build projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with hands-on BIM modelling experience.
• Solid knowledge of ACMV, Electrical, Process and Architectural coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed M&E drawings and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Interpret designs and translate requirements into accurate BIM models and drawings.
• Independently handle assigned projects and produce design deliverables.
• Coordinate M&E systems to ensure integrated, clash-free designs.
• Review drawings and models for accuracy, constructability, and codes.
• Identify and resolve design and coordination issues promptly.
• Maintain BIM models, drawings and revision records throughout projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs and site teams to support BIM coordination and project execution.

Senior BIM Modeller
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Paya Lebar
Basic Salary: $5000 - $6000

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed M&E drawings, layouts and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD in accordance with project requirements and specifications.

• Interpret engineering designs and translate technical requirements into accurate and coordinated M&E models and drawings.

• Independently handle assigned projects and produce design deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Coordinate M&E systems, including ACMV, Electrical, Process and Architectural disciplines, to ensure integrated and clash-free designs.

• Review and verify drawings, models and layouts for accuracy, constructability and compliance with relevant codes, standards and project specifications.

• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve design and coordination issues, implementing necessary revisions promptly.

• Maintain and update BIM models, drawings, technical documents and revision records throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with engineers, project managers and site teams to support design development, BIM coordination and successful project execution.

Requirements

• Relevant M&E BIM modelling / design experience, preferably in design & build projects.

• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with proven hands‑on experience developing detailed M&E drawings and BIM models.

• Solid technical knowledge of ACMV, Electrical, Process and Architectural coordination.
