Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based M&E engineering contractor, seeks a drafting professional to prepare and maintain M&E shop drawings aligned with as-built data and project specs. You will collaborate with engineers and site teams to implement design changes and ensure accurate document control.

Ideal candidates hold a Nitec in M&E engineering and are proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP modelling, with strong communication and coordination skills to support BIM processes and project

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP/BIM modelling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise and maintain M&E shop drawings based on as-built information, project specifications and site requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant technical standards, project specifications and submission requirements.
• Liaise with Project Engineers, Project Managers and site teams to incorporate design changes and drawing amendments accurately.
• Support BIM modelling, documentation and submission processes, ensuring drawings and project records are properly maintained.
• Assist the Project Manager with project documentation, coordination and project completion activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc technical and project-related duties as assigned.

• Location: Macpherson

• Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm, Saturday (depending on project requirement)

A well-established Singapore-based M&E engineering contractor specialising in ACMV, mechanical and electrical engineering solutions for major commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects, offering strong project exposure and long-term career stability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise and maintain M&E shop drawings based on as-built information, project specifications and site requirements.
