Job summary

WAH LOON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeller to develop and manage BIM deliverables for M&E systems. You will coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate BIM models and compliant drawings throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in BIM modelling and 2 years in BIM coordination, with proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks. A BIM certification is a plus, and a 5.5-day work week is expected on selected projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeller and 2 years as a BIM Coordinator within the Singapore construction industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Relevant BIM certification in Revit MEP and/or BIM coordination will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, BIM workflows, construction methodologies, and coordination processes.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects and BIM implementation from tender stage through project completion will be highly advantageous.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under tight project timelines.
• Willing to work a 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain M&E BIM models and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.

• Support BIM documentation, submissions, and project records, coordinating with the Document Controller for proper data management.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide BIM technical support to facilitate successful project delivery.

The role ensures the accurate production and integration of BIM models in compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
