Job summary

CANDIDATEASIA GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM/MEP modeller to independently develop detailed MEP models and construction drawings using Revit.

You will produce coordinated plans, sections, details, plant room layouts, and installation drawings that reflect the project requirements. You will interpret architectural, structural, and multidisciplinary inputs for model development, manage service routing, and prepare accurate shop drawings and as-built documentation.

Qualifications

• Independently develop detailed MEP models and construction drawings using Revit.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shop drawings and as-built documentation.
• Identify modelling discrepancies and resolve issues with engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and review work produced by junior modellers.
