ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller to develop detailed M&E drawings and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.

The role requires strong experience in BIM modelling, M&E coordination, and collaboration with engineers and project teams. Based in Singapore, the position involves on-site work at Paya Lebar with a basic salary range of SGD 5,000 to 6,000 per month. Qualifications

5+ years of M&E BIM modelling/design experience, preferably on design & build projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with hands-on BIM modelling experience.
Solid knowledge of ACMV, Electrical, Process and Architectural coordination.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed M&E drawings and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
Interpret designs and translate requirements into accurate BIM models and drawings.
Independently handle assigned projects and produce design deliverables.
Coordinate M&E systems to ensure integrated, clash-free designs.
Review drawings and models for accuracy, constructability, and codes.
Identify and resolve design and coordination issues promptly.
Maintain BIM models, drawings and revision records throughout projects.
Collaborate with engineers, PMs and site teams to support BIM coordination and project execution.
