Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking an M&E Drafter for our Macpherson projects. The role focuses on preparing and updating M&E shop drawings from as-built drawings, coordinating with engineers and site teams, and supporting BIM documentation.

You will work with AutoCAD and Revit MEP modelling, ensure compliance with project standards, and assist the Project Manager with documentation and coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit MEP/BIM modelling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update M&E shop drawings based on as-built drawings and project requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, technical standards and submission requirements.
• Coordinate with project engineers, managers and site teams to incorporate drawing amendments accurately.
• Support BIM documentation and submission processes, ensuring proper project records are maintained.
• Assist the Project Manager with project documentation, coordination and completion activities.
• Handle ad-hoc technical and project-related assignments as required.

• Location: Macpherson

• Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm, Saturday (depending on project requirement)

• Basic + Completion bonus + Variable Bonus

A well-established Singapore-based M&E engineering contractor specialising in ACMV, mechanical and electrical engineering solutions for major commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects, offering strong project exposure and long-term career stability.
