Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is hiring a BIM Modeller with 1+ year(s) of experience to prepare M&E shop drawings (AutoCAD) and BIM models for ongoing projects in Singapore. The role requires accuracy, timely submissions, and coordination with engineers and site teams.

You will work on BIM documentation, maintain version control, and support project managers in technical reviews, with a 5-day work week and a salary up to SGD 4,000 per month.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of BIM Modeller experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP modelling in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate M&E AutoCAD and BIM shop drawings based on approved designs and as-built site information, ensuring timely submissions in accordance with project schedules.
• Ensure all drawings and BIM models comply with project specifications, industry standards, applicable codes, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to incorporate design changes, updates, and revisions promptly and accurately.
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proper version control and coordination across disciplines.
• Assist in managing BIM documentation, including drawings, submission records, model updates, and coordination logs.
• Support the Project Manager in project coordination, technical reviews, and ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
