Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Adhere, and engage in improving prevailing corporate BIM standards, methodology and operational procedures.

• Corporate BEP and Project BEP guidelines
• Support Project Team workflow and timeline
• Compile, maintain and disseminate Project BEP

1. Take leadership in leading assigned BIM team, in engagement with project stakeholders (Developer, Project Site Team, Consultants, Sub-contractors, other related departments) on tasks and deliverables expected from the BIM-Team including collaborating and sharing of information/ data.
2. Develop and prepare different disciplines/trades quality digital models with detailing and documentations, over different phases in the project lifecycle (such as Construction & Asbuilt)

• Creates different disciplines/trades geometrical and data content to digital models (AR/ ST/ MEP/ Underground System/ Prefab/ Earthwork/ Landscape/ Simulation/ Mock-up/ Showroom); data content includes construction process and resources information. Other content includes building phasing construction based on Project master programme.
• Perform quality coordination works with different stakeholders (Developer, Project Site Team, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Internal Project Team) digital models, as well as quality control checks on internal working digital models.
• Update changes and ensure up to date content in digital models and all related documentation such as detailing and shopdrawing, over all phases in the project development lifecycle.
• Extraction of quantities and object information schedules to support other activities such as Estimates and Cost Planning

1. Prepare, maintain and ensure conformance to timeline assigned for all project tasks abd deliverables among all stakeholders, as accordance to Corp-BEP

• Derive workable Project Look-Ahead Timeline
• Ensure team conformance on Project Look-Ahead
• Close assigned Ad-hoc deliverables promptly.

1. Printing of project Construction-related drawings in both digital and hardcopy format for distribution, such as Construction Drawing, Shop-drawings, As-Built and any other deliverables described in corporate BIM standards and Project BEP.
