Qualifications

• Good understanding of Singapore Construction Industry regulations (e.g., Building code, BCA, URA, and LTA).

Responsibilities

• Ensure BIM standards are met and comply with project specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the model meets quality standards.
• Liaise and coordinate with Consultants, Authorities, and Subcontractors on design issues.
