Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or commercial roles within the construction industry.
• Proven ability to independently source projects and manage tender processes end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, commercial management, and compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with sustainability and accreditation frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on industry trends, client and competitor analysis.
• Identify and pursue new market and project opportunities.
• Develop polished presentations and impactful marketing materials.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with regulatory authorities and clients.
• Prepare and maintain documents for prequalification and bid submissions.
• Lead tender preparation and submission in collaboration with the Bid Team.
• Manage clients’ procurement portals and ensure timely submissions.
