X Star Financial Services Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Business Development Manager / Senior BD Executive to accelerate the growth of our automotive financing business in Singapore.

The candidate will leverage an established network and industry knowledge to expand dealer relationships and drive Hire Purchase opportunities. The role requires a deep understanding of the Singapore automotive financing landscape, a proven track record in dealer engagement, and the ability to translate market

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the dealer network in Singapore for Hire Purchase financing.
• Manage relationships with car dealers, distributors, and partners to generate new financing opportunities.
• Drive monthly loan applications, approvals and disbursements growth.
• Monitor dealer performance, pipeline, and profitability; provide market feedback to leadership.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk and Operations to ensure smooth loan processing.
