Job summary

X Star Financial Services Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) seeks an energetic Business Development Executive to drive growth for X Port in Singapore and regional markets.

You will acquire new customers, nurture dealer and lender partnerships, and relay user feedback to product teams to enhance features and functionality. In this individual contributor role, you will sign up customers, manage relationships, and coordinate marketing initiatives to boost product adoption and monthly active users.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Economics.
• 3–5 years in business development, sales, partnerships or account management.
• Experience in automotive and/or fintech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers and partners.
• Build pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Prepare pitches, proposals, product demos, and presentations for prospects.
• Manage the customer acquisition process from initial engagement to onboarding.
• Develop relationships to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Collect and relay user feedback to product teams for feature improvements.
• Collaborate with Product/Development to translate feedback into requirements.
