DSP relocations Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager to drive growth across PCS B2B portfolio. You will own lead generation, new account acquisition, account management, and reporting with a hunter mindset (70%) and relationship-building (30%).

You’ll build pipelines, engage prospects, prepare proposals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in B2B sales, new business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new accounts.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build trust quickly.
• Hunter mentality: resilience to rejection, self-motivated, goal-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & New Account Acquisition: own prospecting pipeline and close deals.
• Account Management: manage existing portfolio for retention and expansion.
• Sales Execution & Reporting: provide accurate sales reports and CRM updates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with B2B teams and operations.
