Manager to drive lead generation and new account acquisition across the PCS B2B portfolio. You will execute direct outreach, close deals, and manage an assigned account base for growth and renewal, blending a hunter approach with relationship-building activities. The role requires 5+ years in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office for

Formación

Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales, new business development, or account management, preferably in premium/complex segments.
Proven track record of prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new accounts.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build trust quickly.
Hunter mentality with resilience and self-motivation.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities.

Responsabilidades

Lead Generation & New Account Acquisition (70% focus): own prospecting pipeline, pursue new accounts, close deals, and track pipeline metrics.
Account Management (30% focus): manage existing accounts for retention, expansion, and renewal; develop strategies.
Sales Execution & Reporting: maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, analyze data for improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with IKAM, Projects, and other teams for complex deals.
