Job summary

NEXT YOU CAREER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to drive new business opportunities in the batteries and electronic materials sector.

The role focuses on finding potential customers, promoting products, analyzing competition, and leading meetings to close deals. You will manage PO acquisition, demand planning, and CRM activities, while developing sales strategies for each customer and implementing product portfolio, price, and promotion strategies.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in selling B2B products.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in management/marketing.
• Experience with major battery manufacturers is highly preferred.
• Experience in the ESS/UPS industry is highly preferred.
• Skilled reporting, presentation, and communication capabilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Discover/excavate new BOs for small and medium-sized batteries.
• Find potential customers, promote, analyze competition structure and propose products, and have meetings.
• Sales management (PO acquisition, demand management), bond management/collection, CRM activity management/supervision.
• Establish/execute sales strategies for each customer.
• Generate and execute customer Product Portfolio Strategy, Price Strategy, and Promotion Strategy.
