Job summary

EVANTAGE HR PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior/Business Development Executive to grow the corporate sales base in West Singapore. This outdoor B2B role targets automotive, tyres, fleets and related sectors, involving regular customer visits and new account acquisition.

You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and drive sales targets while coordinating with operations and service teams to ensure top-tier after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B / corporate sales or business development experience.
• Experience serving customers within automotive/tyres, fleet management, logistics, transportation, workshops or construction sectors is advantageous.
• Existing relationships within corporate segments are highly advantageous.
• Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop new corporate accounts and expand the existing customer portfolio.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across fleet, logistics, transportation, workshop and retail segments.
• Manage existing customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability targets.
• Conduct market research and identify customer requirements, market trends and new product opportunities.
• Develop new sales channels and support business expansion initiatives.
• Attend customer meetings, networking activities and industry events.
• Work with internal operations to ensure smooth customer support and after-sales service.
• Develop promotional initiatives and customer-retention programmes.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities and market developments.
