Job summary

A global financial services provider is seeking an accounting professional in Singapore to manage financial reporting and compliance for various fund structures. The role involves consolidating reporting packages, ensuring regulatory timelines are met, and supporting treasury operations, among other responsibilities. Candidates should have relevant qualifications, preferably CPA/ACCA, with 3-4 years of experience in financial reporting, particularly in real estate funds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in an accounting/audit/finance team.
• Experience with operations and financial reporting for real estate funds preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Review books of accounts for the SPCs under the fund structure as per applicable IFRS/GAAP.
• Consolidate IFRS reporting package and annual accounts for statutory audit.
• Ensure all regulatory timelines related to financial results are met.
• Support treasury function including daily cash management.
• Prepare and monitor Budget vs Actual and Liquidity for SPCs.
• Coordinate with tax team and agent for indirect taxes and corporate tax filing.
