Job summary

WeWork Singapore seeks a proactive Community Associate to serve as the face of the building and support the Community Management team. You will greet members, manage front desk operations, assist with events, and help maintain a welcoming, well-run workspace.

You’ll collaborate with members, vendors, and staff to foster a vibrant community. Strong communication, multitasking, and guest-policy knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrate integrity, dependability and compassion.
• Passion for entrepreneurial communities.

Responsibilities

• Front desk management during business hours; greet members and guests.
• Enforce guest policies and sign-in procedures.
• Know members by name and build relationships to foster community.
• Support events and membership engagement; promote offerings.
• Handle mail, deliveries, and building operations tasks.
