Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in strategy, healthcare management, planning or consulting.
• Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual workplan cycles and coordinate senior management retreat.

Job Responsibities

• Strategy: Help shape the company's short- and long-term goals and priorities. Research and analyse to support decisions, and prepare presentations for leadership.


• Performance tracking: Set up KPIs and monitoring frameworks. Track results against goals, flag issues to management, and turn data into clear insights and reports.


• Planning cycles: Run the annual Institution-wide Workplan Cycle (set focus areas, work with departments, review plans, follow up). Plan and run the Senior Management Retreat end to end.


• Governance: Complete Capital Expenditure Post-Implementation Reviews (did the investment deliver what was intended?). Oversee governance of new thematic units and clinical services.


• Other: Work with clinical leads on clinical services strategy, support special projects (hospital strategy papers, pilots), and take on other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Sciences, Public Health Policy or Strategy


• 5-7 years in strategy, healthcare management, corporate planning or consulting


• Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills


• Strong stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams


• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (slide design is a plus)


• Proactive, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
