Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a senior strategy professional to drive the organization's short- and long-term goals, oversee strategic priorities, and guide planning across departments.

You will conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, prepare communications for senior management, and monitor KPIs. The role includes coordinating the annual workplan and senior management retreat to align priorities and deliver tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or Sciences, Public Health policy or Strategy related fields with minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in strategy, healthcare management, corporate planning, consulting or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and refinement of organization's short and long-term corporate goals, strategic priorities and plans
• Conduct research and analysis, including publicly available information, to inform strategic decision-making
• Prepare presentations and communication materials to communicate corporate strategies, priorities and key developments
• Develop and oversee strategic performance metrics and monitoring frameworks to support organisational goals
• Monitor and analyse organisational performance against strategic goals and KPIs, highlighting areas requiring management attention
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management reviews, translating performance data into actionable insights
• Manage the annual Institution-wide Workplan Cycle, including strategic focus setting, stakeholder engagement, review of department plans, meeting support, and follow-up on high-priority initiatives
• End-to-end planning and execution of the Senior Management Retreat, including programme design, content development, stakeholder engagement, facilitation of pre-retreat discussions, and post-retreat follow-up to drive alignment on organisational priorities
• Drive the completion and review of Capital Expenditure Post-Implementation Reviews to assess delivery of intended outcomes and benefits
• Oversee the governance of new thematic units and clinical services, including policy updates and application reviews

Job Requirements
