You will facilitate the implementation of the Hospital's corporate strategy and support organisation-wide performance management to ensure the achievement of key strategic objectives and deliverables. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will support the monitoring and reporting of corporate performance indicators, conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and continuous improvement, and drive alignment across organisational priorities and initiatives. You will also be involved in strategic projects, contribute to the Hospital's knowledge management, and provide secretariat support.

Requirements
