Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital is seeking a senior leader to head the corporate planning cycle. You will guide the team in formulating strategic directions, setting clear objectives, and monitoring performance to drive the hospital's mission.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Ability to analyse and interpret quantitative data.
• Strong interpersonal skills and highly adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
