As a senior manager, your job responsibilities include:
Strategic Process Optimization: Lead comprehensive mapping and improvement of patient experience processes across the organisation to identify transformation opportunities and develop strategic roadmaps that enhance patient satisfaction.
Senior Stakeholder Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with senior leadership, clinical directors, and external healthcare partners to secure commitment and ensure alignment of patient experience initiatives with broader organisational objectives.
Organisational Change Management: Direct change management efforts across departments through readiness assessments, communication strategies, and implementation guidance to ensure successful adoption of new processes and sustainable improvement outcomes.
Programme and Performance Oversight: Manage programme budgets, oversee resource allocation strategies, and establish comprehensive performance measurement frameworks with KPIs and dashboards to track transformation impact and ensure return on investment.
Performance Management and Metrics Development: Lead the development of patient experience KPIs, dashboards, and baseline data processes to enable real‑time performance monitoring and accurate measurement of transformation outcomes and organisational benchmarks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Public Health, Management, or related field.
8-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning, process improvement, change management, or organizational transformation, with demonstrated leadership in healthcare settings preferred
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership management at senior organizational levels, including clinical directors and department heads
Knowledge of process mapping methodologies, quality improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma), and change management approaches including ADKAR and Kotter's 8-Step Process
Experience in strategic planning, performance measurement, and KPI development with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and project management software
Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and programme oversight within healthcare or similar complex organizational environments
