Changi General Hospital is seeking a Corporate Planning professional to help turn organisational strategies into action. Join our team and work closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and culture.

You will plan strategic retreats and town halls, coordinate cross-department initiatives, and provide meeting secretariat support. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, plus the ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years’ experience in strategy, planning, or corporate administration (healthcare experience a plus).
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, meticulous and organised, with the ability to work alongside senior leadership and with colleagues from different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and video conferencing and webinar software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities
